However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude. We were told when we booked in that when we go down to use the spa facilities to take our room key and card as evidence we were guests staying and to obtain our robes and slippers. "Hotel is well used and needs some renovation . Pool is shallow 0,9 to 1,5m deep. Sauna smelly . Steam room and jacuzzi were nice . Bedding was clean bed comfortable, broken tiles in the bathroom, staff friendly and helpful, restaurant smell of beer and needs a deep clean "
