"The only negative is high price parking Everything else made it worth the parking!"

"The room was really nice and quiet. Everything very clean. What I didn’t care for was eating breakfast on a styrofoam plate with plastic silverware. Not eco friendly at all. Putting hot food on styrofoam is very unhealthy. "

"We've been staying at this hotel when we come to mayo clinic every couple of weeks, for over a year. The breakfast area and food options have gone downhill--not kept up well. Used to have more attention given it. "

"Donna at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. My first room was facing the street and I asked for a different room and the 2nd room was perfect. She knew the area very well and suggested somewhere to eat that was very close . The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the Mayo campus."

"Hotel staff was all very nice and friendly. Helped with what I needed. Bad timing for one day the pool was being tested so no swimming but the kids survived. Cafe staff was kinda on the rude side, not friendly until it came time to pay the bill. So thinking then she decided to be nice to get a tip. "This is the second time we have stayed here while receiving care at Mayo. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to get to the clinic. The shuttle is a plus. Breakfast options are good. "Walkable to St. Mary’s hospital. Courteous staff. They shut down breakfast at 9 AM? Called day of check in to inform we would arrive late. Was not told elevators were not working. Room on 4th floor. Brought someone for back surgery. Yikes! That was rough. Luckily they found room on first floor next day. What’s going on with Marriot properties?"
