"The pool shoul be open more time"

"We arrived late but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Although there is limited parking we still were able to find parking in the lot or close by. Hotel is close to the shops and great restaurants which made the stay even better! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the fridge worked perfectly. "A crab crawled out of the sink drain, the shower handle was broken but maintenance fix that right away, there was sand all over the floor. We didn’t have any shower towels and toilet paper used to where it was almost gone. The front desk was very hospitable and helped get clean towels and fresh toilet paper."

"Upon arrival we had to take our luggage to our room a little at a time. We were told they only had two luggage carts (for a 10 floor hotel).
