"Nice location close to the train station. Nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there was a sewer smell in our room. We told the front desk and they did something to help but by nighttime it was back. Our room # was 332 so I can't say this is the case in every room."

"Not up to par for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom tiles had black mould and I saw 2 earworms on my last morning there. Hotel comped my room service for this because I had photographic proof. However, I don’t believe that really makes up for these hygiene issues. Location is not bad, but nit that close to the tourist highlights such as the Alhambra, viewpoints, and Albaicin"

"Bueno, el hotel está ubicado en un edificio antiguo muy bonito y como que están adecuando alado otro con habitaciones renovadas nos dijeron, está bonito, amplio, el servicio muy amable, el desayuno que nos incluyeron bueno básico. Caminando del centro pero no tan cerca. Nosotros en las mañanas salíamos caminado pero ya después de estar todo el día fuera, si está retirado mejor regresábamos en coche."

"Clean room, ended up on the same floor as gym and pool, but did not use. Facilities did look great at quick glance. Breakfast is solid. Caters to an international audience so expect more of an English-style breakfast with some Spanish options thrown in. Timing is everything for breakfast. 8am or later is the sweet spot to avoid crowds. Easy 15 minute walk to Granada's city center, and less than 3 minutes to two city parks. Alhambra and Sacromonte are each about a 25-30 minute walk...

"It seems there was some sort of issue with our room, so the host contacted me before we arrived letting us know we had a free upgrade. There was no hassle, we just showed up as planned, and the view from our upgraded room was INCREDIBLE. We loved being right along the Rio Daro and Albaicin."

"Chambre en raz de rue, quasi au sous sol : très sombre, vue sur le ciel inexistante, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Climatisation inefficace et bruyante. Lampe de chevet sans abat-jour. Coffre fort bloqué, signalé à la réception dès notre arrivée sans aucune intervention. La TV ne fonctionnait pas (cela a été réparé). Mitigeur de la douche vétuste. Petit déjeuner servi sur des tables sans nappe ni set de table. Parking hôtel inexistant (6 places, toutes prises évidemment). Piscine hors...
