"So much Good I can say , so to start the staff was amazing very helpful, especially Alexandra she made us feel welcome made sure she met our needs and honestly went beyond so for that I am grateful. Also the rest of staff made us feel special . The room was very clean the whole entire establishment was very clean . Shops nearby lots of restaurants lots , this place is situated in the perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to Grandad and looking to feel like home...

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...

"We booked hotel on 24hrs notice due to poor weather in Algarve, Portugal. All of the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Alexis from front desk called us and explained driving directions which avoided issues if we had used GPS along with a Granada Pass (access to Alhambra +much more), for alot less than online. Bellman were great and concierge gave super restaurant recommendations. "

"This is a nice hotel around a 15-20 minute walk to the cathedral and main central area. The room was bright with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and good quality linen and towels. We had a fridge and a kettle which was great. Everywhere was clean. There was a good range of foods at breakfast including cooked food, cheese & meats, pastries, fresh fruit & yogurt and ingredients for tostadas.
