"Excellent hotel, lovely staff and great food "

"Lovely hotel in charming village. Perfect access to the gondola to 1850."

"Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. "Yes, it was excellent "

"Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again."

"The hotel was EXCELLENT, every detail from the attention to the cleaning the experience was amazing. Shoutout to everyone in the front desk because they do an amazing job and every goes above and beyond. I will definitely come back. My only constructive feedback is that I would like the pillows to be better, and the coffee to be from an espresso machine instead of the automatic machine. I would definitely stay here again regardless "

"Exceptionally poor customer service. When things go wrong, absolutely no one takes responsibility, management is unavailable, and they simply don’t care about making things better. Stay at other nearby properties to get the quiet feeling with better service."

"Ski slopes very easy to acces. Room is excellent. Hotel is dated and obviously owner has not invested in years. Overpriced for what is offered yet location is excellent. "

"I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options. Restaurant prices are to high this year and menu is very limited… bagatelle prices for food were cheaper"
