"Sou cliente gold e como tal com disponibilidade pedi um quarto em um andar mais alto, havia a disponibilidade, porém com pagamento de 120 dólares, fiquei chateado. O hotel não aceita todas as bandeiras, visa , mastercard e elo foram negadas, fiz um depósito em dólares para garantia."

"We stay often at the Palladium. The location is great in the Buceo neighborhood — walkable to the rambla, Montevideo Shopping, lots of restaurants. Uber and taxis are easy to get. Centrally located to easily jump to or from the airport or Tres Cruces bus station or Ciudad Vieja or elsewhere in the city for business or leisure. The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable, has nice pool, decent breakfast and reasonable prices."

"Sendo pela terceira vez hospedados, esperávamos que tivessem melhorado as manutenções principalmente do banheiro, os acentos sanitários de madeira pintada e com lascas...o box com manchas de bolor entre rejuntes, muito antiga as portas dos boxes, difícil até de correr pelo trilho.
