"Eu reservei um quarto para 05 pessoas. Viajei com duas crianças. Cheguei tarde e percebi que não havia a cama das crianças. Solicitei as camas e saí para jantar. Ao voltar as camas não estavam montadas e ainda me avisaram que havia um custo extra de US$ 50,00 por dia por cada cama. As camas ficaram prontas 23 hs da noite. Se eu reservei um quarto para 04 pessoas é inconcebível ter que pagar o custo extra por camas. Ademais a equipe, percebendo o problema e observando que eu tinha duas crianças...

"It’s a great place, has lots of amenities (indoor pool, outdoor, gym, play room, office space, etc. the rooms are very spacious and in great condition. The location is also fantastic, less than one block away from the water and close to tons of really nice restaurants and a big mall that has everything you may need. "

"The Radisson is an amazing option for a 4+ star in Montevideo. Very nice rooms, great view from the restaurant on the 25th floor. It’s not a new Hotel but well maintained and the staff is not too bad. The breakfast is really good."

"Chegamos (eu e meu marido) em uma sexta, o check in foi rápido, infelizmente de noite por volta das 23hs quando já estávamos dormindo fomos acordados com um casal entrando no nosso quarto, acionamos a recepção por WhatsApp (já que nosso telefone do quarto não funcionava) e eles pediram desculpa falando que foi um erro e que não voltaria a acontecer. Foi por muito pouco que não mudamos de hotel no dia seguinte. Resolvemos avaliar com calma o transtorno que daria pedir nosso dinheiro e ir procurar...

"Rooms are clean and the staff pleasant. Dining room/restaurant staff, exceptional! Breakfast was good. Location is ok. Not really close to anything, but not too far either. Uber to most destinations. Many guests were eating at the hotel restaurant. Average per meal $30-$45 USD per person."

On Saturday, they changed the breakfast location without warning, and part of the food arrived late when we had already finished breakfast.
