"The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant. "Everything was great down to the location. Enjoyed the amenities especially the pool. If you’re looking for a nice spot in Charlotte this is your place and prices are great! Everything is close by in the heart of Charlotte. 10/10 highly recommend."

"It was close to everything I needed. The property management company was interactive and there if I needed them. The place and grounds were nice. Only negatives: you can hear the neighbors walking around, and the shower head had a constant drip. Other than that, definitely would come back if needed. "
