"This is a beautiful little getway by Lake Victoria. The staff is kind and welcoming and the rooms are nice. You just need to be mentally and physically prepared for no AC. They do provide a fan though and a refrigerator to keep your complementary waters cool."

"The EH is a fantastic value. Room was excellent- very clean, air cond was great, hot shower. The facilities - restaurant, gym, store in premises at Lee great. The best part, this hotel is smack in the middle of everything without the busy aspect found across most places in Kampala. If I go to Kampala again, definitely will stay there."

The staff are particularly accommodating and learn guests' names, the grounds are within a peaceful green park, multiple restaurants with ambient settings, breakfast is superb, the rooms are extremely clean with excellent hot water, and the room patios have a nice view. "The 2 Friends Guest House in Jinja, Uganda is quite lovely. The staff and security guards are very kind & hospitable. The area felt very safe and is walkable to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is above average and the pool is quite refreshing. I was able to enjoy breakfast before departing for the day. The front desk staff also helped to book me a shuttle return back to Entebbe. I highly recommend the 2 Friends Guest House if you’re visiting Jinja."
