"The hotel is ok, not bad, certainly better than other hotels in locale. Beach and pool area are generally nice. Specialist restaurants are ok but main buffet restaurant was not. Room service waits were lengthy even for drinks. It was peak season and the staff were stretched but in most cases they were still nice/helpful. Have stayed here previously but that reflects the quality of the alternatives."

my room was very clean, only trouble was being on a first floor it can be noisy sometimes, think to requesting a 4th floor room.
