"Great Hotel, that’s Very well Located. This is a very clean, well run, well maintained, ideally located hotel in the centre of Troyes, within walking distance to many places of interest, including many Restaurants and bars. The parking available (for a fee) is excellent too and only a short walk from the hotel. The room we had was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room size was very good, especially for a hotel in this area. The shower was very big and the amenities provided were great. There was a fridge in the room as well as tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered was fresh , very varied and very tasty. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent breakfast fresh squeezed orange juice only normally now found on the upper end of the scale. Parking secure although not in the garage. Can be tight getting in but very beneficial. Staff very friendly and helpful. No amenities in our room but may be in more expensive rooms although a bottle of water would be good. Only one pillow but again may have got another if I’d asked. Good value for central location"

"Disappointing stay at this property given the previous reviews. No clear check-in instructions were received, my message to the property prior to arrival was not responded to then, when we did access the property, at first glance, it looked presentable. However, curtains were not hung very well, the toilet seat was broken, toilet roll holder was loose, there were no plugs for the sinks, and the shower was dirty. Thankfully, the bed was clean and comfortable, but we left earlier than we anticipated. "
