"Water was an issue. Pipes kept running dry and had to get the front desk to get maintenance to fix it a couple of times then it was brown in the pipes for a while. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful, property is clean and well maintained"

"No outside food by the water was dumb. I understand they need to make restaurant sales but the fact that u can only eat your outside food in your room is dumb. They need better rules around that."

They advertised that they had multiple different shuttle services available but when we got there it was taxi service that we had to pay out of our pocket. The smell of the property was terrible due to the Sea Weed. The main pool was closed. I am very disappointed and will not ever choose this resort in the future."

If I'm on vacation i rather start drinking before 11am. That's pretty late for a resort. Also the pool bar closed pretty early while the pool stayed open."

"The facility and accommodations were excellent. Listening to the waves break on the shore, at breakfast and nighttime was extremely therapeutic and I would recommend the resort to anyone. I must mention, though, that upon check in I was offered a lower rate room than what I had paid for and had to pay extra for the upgrade. Fortunately for me I had my receipt from Expedia and this was used to sort out the discrepancy, resulting in no additional cost to me. Point to note, ensure you have proof...
