"Every nook and cranny was clean & orderly. The staff are kindest, people on the planet, seriously! I would work for them! Parking was easy, though I was not her during peak season though plenty of parking close by. The spa is lovely, wish I could have stayed longer. Lots to do in the area, it was nice to visit city stuff during the day and come back to a quiet place at night."

"Excellent breakfast. We especially appreciated being able to rent e-bikes directly from the hotel, including options for children. It made it easy for us to enjoy some fantastic, family-friendly trails in the surrounding area."

"Nice facility with a family feel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super in their restaurant was very good."

"The hotel looks a lovely place but it lacked on customer service and hence the atmosphere was rather cold. There was only one nice waitress and actually talked to us. It is a shame as I represent many large companies and Travel Agents in the UK that are always keen to find the perfect hotel, place etc. for their events. "The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"Very nice hotel in a lovely setting"

"It was a wonderful hotel, view from our balcony was amazing. And the food was topnotched"

"Toured cow pasture trying to find the route up the hill. Take care driving up and down the hill due to blind curves. Worth the effort. View breathtaking out of room window. Cows and cowbells below the room window in evenings."

"Really good "

"Two buildings one for key one for rooms. 2 units with a very nice shared bathroom. A full kitchen. It was a good price for going to the mountains and half away from the Ludwig museum. Not sure on the bike paths, we had rental car."
