Great location, pool and staff

Perfectly located for hiking and swimming in the summer. The breakfast is amazing with such a wide choice. Very family friendly with attentive staff. Great to have on-site pool (although there are some amazing pools, one walking distance and a couple of others a short drive). Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice Alpen Choice

Clean and comfortable family room. Great for short stay....but can imagine also to stay longer. Nice location and good selection of breakfast ...but be sure to come earlier as after 10AM the selection was limited.

Basic room but had character and was clear and well kept. Main bit of hotel was basic and had a bit of a youth hostel feel. Pillows were awful (lumpy ) but bedding otherwise very comfy. Breakfast good with a fair selection, Lovely bread. No decaf coffee anywhere.

Arrived 30 minutes after checkin opens. Room was not ready, employee also only spoke german did not really try english. Room was clean, nice shower. Pool was warm, enjoyable, could use some music in the pool area. Breakfast sandwiches were soggy

Beautiful Bayern!

Wonderful stay in the family room. Kids loved having their own bed. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone- including gluten free options Reception staff was incredibly sweet and helpful getting our transportation organized!

We traveled with a large dog. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. There were lots of dogs and kids. It's beautiful. Their breakfast was beyond expectations. Overall a fantastic place. We loved it. Thanks again to the staff.

Nice for 2 night stay.

Good for a couple of nights. Lovely area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suite that was spacious however the living room furniture needed to be updated. There was not much to the kitchen area. There was no AC which was known in advance, but no fan available for moving air in the room. There were no screens on the windows so we were reluctant to leave the windows open.

Inzell Hotel

We have regularly stayed at this property when it was owned by a private family. First stay since they sold it. The property has been updated (nice). Checking in was a little difficult as they had no English speaking staff at the time. Our poor German did not help. Worked out eventually. Restaurant is good for breakfast, OK for dinner. Wait staff is a bit slow and appear to be lacking in training.

Better options available

The room bed was absolutely too soft and interfered with sleeping (i am athletic 187cm/79kg). Propably worn out. Complained and no feedback. Two first days drilling in the next room. Third day hammering started. Some renovation. Tried to take a nap between exercises, not able. Complained and got Upgraded room , which was okay. Breakfast ok, dinner below average. Salad/soup ok but maincourse far below average. Staff mainly unwelcoming, exept one very friendly gentleman in the reception. Especially restaurant staff left lots of room for improvement. It was thanks to this gent that i did not change hotel. Far better options in inzel taking the price. Cannot recommend for athletic/sport trip.

Das Personal sehr freundlich, das Zimmer okay, bis auf die Dusche im Bad: Ein Duschstuhl unter einer Brause, keine Abtrennung bzw. kein Duschvorhang. Der Pool okay, aber nur eine Dusche dort. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Recht laut wars beim Frühstück, das in einer großen Halle eingenommen wird, einem Bierzelt gleich. Nur ohne Blasmusi...

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und einem schönen Pool. Das Zimmer war teilweise renoviert, aber eben auch in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten war eine Katastrophe. Beide Lattenroste waren kaputt und es lag viel Staub unter dem Bett. Das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles da was man braucht.
