"This was probably the best hotel I stayed at during my Japan trip! The location was excellent — an easy walk to the morning markets, old town, restaurants, and everything I wanted to see in Takayama.
The room was very comfortable, especially the large bed, and I loved having a washer/dryer combo machine right in the room. After traveling and walking so much every day, it was incredibly convenient and worked surprisingly well.
One of my favorite touches was the relaxing foot bath area, which was perfect after long sightseeing days. The onsen was also wonderful and made the stay even more special.
I also enjoyed the hotel dinner buffet. There was plenty of food, lots of variety, and everything was tasty and well worth the price.
Overall, this hotel had all the comfort, convenience, and amenities I could ask for. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Takayama!"
