โรงแรมและที่พักในทาวน์ ออฟ พาร์มา

"Adorable, cozy and immaculate. Staff were very polite and helpful. A real gem."

"This property I’m sure at some point was an elevated stay experience. It lacks a lot of maintenance and cleanliness. The staff at the one restaurant could use some training is speed of service and accommodation."

"The property looks like it needs major upgrades. While the bathroom had a new sink and shower the walls where patched and not repainted. The door to the room was splintering at the bottom with strips falling off. The window covering was cheesy and broken."

"Definitely horrible way 2 hours above the employees fought each other didn't know how to turn the computer on check me in never stay there again"

"Our hotel room was so gross. There were stains on the curtains the bedding and the bathroom was falling apart. I never stay here except all the other hotels were booked. I do not recommend this place. The staff seem to be working but the whole place needs an overhaul."

"Great hotel in a perfect location. Well kept and clean."

"Breakfast was disappointing, plenty of options but didn't look great. Housekeeping was great. Room was comfortable though a touch musty smelling."

"The bedding wasn’t clean. Hair in the showers and the toilet making noise all night."

"Great stay. Even better staff"

"The rooms could use an update. The toilets are really low which can be a problem if you have knee issues. The shower is good. & there’s good lighting for doing your makeup. Breakfast was OK-"

"Housekeeping Never made bed or changed sheets or cleaned commode in 7 night stay"
