"Sparks is a new (2026) motel by Hilton in the back parking lot of the Hampton Inn on Camp Rd, Hamburg. My room, 119, was ADA accessible with roll -in shower, excellent facilities withsoft close lid, lots of towels, easy to clean surfaces, good soap. Room has several lights, as do the common spaces. Lots of hooks and hangers in room and bathroom. Large tv with free HBO. Angel was on the front desk. She's friendly and helpful. Breakfast extends from 6 to 10! No eggs, but easy self-serve yogurt,...

"Generally a pleasant stay and functional for the price. Disappointing that I left/forgot a stool and called that night and I was told to wait till manager the next morning. Called twice. Didn't have in Lost and Found they said. Did you check the room? Per question, no one stayed in the room that night. So where did it go? 100% sure I left it. This was frustrating."

"Property poorly maintained. Broken curbs, sidewalks. Garbage laying around on the property. Very seldom anyone working the front desk. Have to call to get help. Red Roof corporate shoul be ashamed to even having their name attached to this property. Not worth the money that they were charging. Someone will get hurt on this property. Not all front desk people speak or understand English very well. Poor staff communication."

"the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb--Mike does a terrific job of providing great food choices and making all his diners feel welcome."
