"The location was ideal right on the Riverwalk convenient to everything. Plus, the amenities in the hotel were wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad I stayed here for my visit to San Antonio."

"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this situation was handled. Upon checking out, I accidentally left my wallet on the bed in my hotel room. The coffee maker was not working, and even after informing the front desk, it was never replaced. The microwave was extremely dirty on the outside, and its door...

"The room was clean but outdated, amenities in the room were standard. Overall my stay was fine but definitely not four star."
