"Staff were fine. The hotel needs a great deal of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard it claims to be. I wondered if it was just the needed refurbishment that made it look dirty and scruffy but it was dirty and scruffy. my room was very cold, heating not working and new room provided. My colleague slipped on the floor of the dining room and caused an injury to her knee. Will definitely not stay here again."

"Bedding wasnt a clean as could have been some marks on bed linen and for a double bed it was uncomfortable as it was two single mattresses put together and was not very pleasant to sleep on. However the spa was perfect and very clean and modern with good sauna, steam and jacuzzi with strong jets. All food very good and Breakfast was perfectly served. All staff very helpful and friendly. "
