"The room was clean, the staff were amazing, breakfast was good but needs to extend the time to 11am and for the on the spot/last minute payment. You need to provide a Microwave in the general area for guests."

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"Was a cool hotel, very nice looking. However our room was a bit run down, the toilet didn't want to flush unless you repeatedly pushed the handle a lot, the sink sprayed water at you unless using a trickle of water. A lot of the carpets in and around the room was stained. But it was good for a quick one night close stay to plans. Staff were very kind."

"Nice and peaceful"

"Our stay wasn't as great. Whilst the room itself was fine we had a few main issues that left us irritated. The booking language was somewhat misleading as it stated there was a shuttle in place for guests to Gatwick Airport. "Everything seems squashed and small. The breakfast room needs remodelling to prevent the internal traffic jam."

"Yes, the good place to stay with the reasonable price. cheers"

"Good hotel, Room was clean and comfortable. Bar served good food. Gym was ok, but quite small and got full quickly. Would stay again."

"I booked a room overlooking the trees, as shown on Expedia, for nearly £300 a night to celebrate our anniversary. Instead, I was given the room shown in the attached photos. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The moment I saw the room and its “view”, the mood of our anniversary was ruined. This was not what I had booked or expected to receive for nearly £300 a night. When I questioned the view, I was told that it was the only room available and that I would have to pay...

"Very clean room and lovely staff. Parking available on-site. Beds were comfortable. Utensils supplied were clean and plentiful but I wished there were scissors. Bathroom was nice. Room was spacious and the hairdryer was very good. Modern room which was nice."
