"Incredibly unique experience and exactly as expected! Facilities are warm and well cleaned and maintained. Because Kiruna was too warm, the hotel was actually melting when we arrived and so we got a free upgrade to Ice Hotel 365 which was very nice of them. Unfortunately in the private connected bathroom, the under sink pipe was leaking. Everything else went smoothly.
