"Lovely apartment. Comfy and very clean. Found some binoculars in property which was great for use with the amazing beach view this property has. My only gripe was the condition of the corridors leading to the apartment. Stained carpets and damp smelling. But once in the room it was lovely. "

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"A lovely hotel. Cosy, spacious rooms. Very airy. Very clean bed, nice linens. Large shower, fab lit up mirror in the bathroom. TV was in good working condition and on a swivel bracket so could be watched from the bed, or sofa. There were waters, 2 lotus biscuits, tea and coffee in the rooms. The best bit were the fans in the wardrobe, which were powerful and much needed in the hot weather, so we were able to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was varied and good quality. The staff were all welcoming and kind and when we said we were off to the beach, we were given complimentary bottles of water for our trip. 100% would come back. Had a lovely stay."
