"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

"This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. "Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views.
We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place.
The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there.
Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down...
