"This property was so beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was AMAZING, especially the landing restaurant. We had the breakfast included package and it was so worth it. I traveled with my husband and our two children (19 & 17) and although we did some excursions, they did not want to leave the resort. It was literally perfect! We had a suite, which was so spacious and gave the adults their private time and the kids had their own space. The outdoor jacuzzi...

"Our room attendant was the best, it pains me that I don't recall her name so that she may receive the accolades that she is due. I felt she went beyond her duty when she took care of our room and the lovely towels art and affirmations she left for us were very inspiring. May our Lord take care of her."

"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
