The bar staff were outstanding — friendly, energetic, and always ready with excellent recommendations and amazing service. A special mention also goes to the Prime Travelers group and the general staff throughout the resort who made the entire experience feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of the best vacations we’ve had. We are already looking forward to returning.
