"The stay at the Royalton was very unpleasant, the staff have one speed which is slow and you’re lucky if you get a drink at the Martini Bar. Waited over an hour for a drink, had to go upstairs to Scores for a drink. Overall the property was very well maintained but the staff was not pleasant at all. Would not go back to a Royalton Resort. I did not bring my family there for no Royalton Timeshare, everyone want to sign you up for the class."

Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax. Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service...
