"I’ve traveled around the world in many Caribbean islands. I absolutely loved this place! The people were genuine and kind they had everything you can absolutely think of that you needed. The food was great the quality of restaurants and service the three large pools. I know there are issues with the seaweed so you don’t get to enjoy the beach as much as you’d like, but there are areas that are absolutely beautiful. "The view from our room of the beach and ocean was good. The staff was very hospitable, competent and gracious. We enjoyed everything about the resort except a couple of restaurants had less than outstanding food. The majority of restaurant options were very good."

"The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there. "Coco Palm was the perfect stay for our vacation! The beach along with multiple restaurants and shopping are just a quick walk! Property was beautiful and staff was very helpful. We would definitely return!"

"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Landings Resort. The property is well-designed with both marina and beach access. We even got upgraded to a larger suite. There was a nice gym and tennis court which we used everyday. The Suru restaurant had good food except don’t order the chicken katsu roll. The only issues were: service was slow, our hot tub was lukewarm and no one came to fix it after request, and the coffee shop made terrible coffee and chai lattes. Would stay here again but eat...
