"This property backs onto the Thames River. Rooms facing the river are quiet. We enjoyed our stay. There are walking paths along both sides of the Thames. Sainsbury & other services close by, plus numerous restaurant choices. Hotel has a bar & restaurant, but we didn’t eat or drink there. Looked fine. Rooms were clean. No lift at this property. "I had to wait in reception for 10 minutes before I was seen to. No staff in reception on my return at 7.45pm. In the morning the shower took about 6 mins to warm up. Tv didn’t have any standard channels, just yesterday, shopping and a few others. No one in reception when I left at 10.30am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre stay."

"I am suprised this hotel accommodation has not been condemned, obviously the building, hygiene, health, hotel inspectors have never visited. I have stayed in various locations around the world including Sudan, Zimbabwe, Belize in the outback with no basic infrastructure facilities, and I've got to say the Swan Inn, Heathrow Airport would fit in well it amongst them. "Overall a fine stay and what we expected from a Premier Inn. I think staff could deal with some retraining on how to deal with customer complaints. We didn't appreciate front desk staff knocking on our hotel door at 3am TWICE and waking up our jet lagged baby that we spent half an hour soothing. Super disappointing and left us feeling very uncomfortable."

"Room and amenities was ok but the corridor on the 6th floor smelled like it was directly connected to the restaurant kitchen ventilation, and had been so for several years. Also our room had a slightly “funky” smell and since you can’t open the window to ventilate the room you just have to live with it… Parking garage was fine but if you have a larger car or SUV you might need to a bit careful when entering and exiting the garage since it demands some care negotiating the turns going up or down...

"Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds."

There was some massive type of plumbing noise at anytime of the night it was terrible at 1 am or 4 am was it someone or something else I do not know.
