It was a pleasant place to stay just a few minutes walk away from the centre of the town, making it easy to get out and explore the town…. The facilities and staff were excellent always happy to help at any hour of the day …. The room was big enough to be able to relax and feel at home and not feel like a hotel, with the added parking facility made it an even more enjoyable stay with us being able to get out and about and not worry about having to be back to find a parking space…..

Our favourite hotel in Salta. We have stayed in 4 hotels in Salta and this is by far our favourite. A small boutique hotel which is very comfortably appointed and maintained to a very good standard. The staff are very professional and extremely nice. Good breakfast including eggs cooked to order and high quality food items. The best location only a moment from the main square, yet the rooms are very quiet. Parking in a garage is available next door. A very relaxing stay.

Walking distance to town yet secluded and picturesque location. Very attentive staff and hotel facilities excellent in almost all aspects. Car access is 'interesting'! with steep curved driveway. Gramado -Not often I recommend a visit to somewhere, but this place deserves a mention. Someone mysteriously transplanted an alpine town from Switzerland to one a half hours drive North of Porto Alegre in Brazil. (Two hours if you follow the signs!) Guess its most women’s idea of heaven. Chocolate...

The staff were outstanding. Friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Nice touch with some free drinks in the fridge. Large single glazed windows give a fantastic view of the thunderous river running through the town. I loved hearing the constant roar. Some may not. Breakfast was excellent. A fantastic hotel.

The hotel was excellent the owner went out his way to help taxis and any thing that made my stay nice,I would recommend this hotel to any body visiting Quito.

Historic building with lovely pool .A huge library with antique books & lots of interesting collections of “old stuff”sewing machines,bottles,bikes,cases…… The rooms & bathroom was a little dated but the position on the square & everything else made up for staying in a famous old building

The hotel was extremely comfortable - lots of places to sit and chill inside and outside if you wanted to rest from walking up and down those hills! Located near many good restaurants and local art and craft shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking restaurants and providing tips for places to visit. This was more expensive than some hotels we looked at, but we thought it was well worth the price. Valparaiso can be tiring (all those hills in the heat!) and this was a welcome...

We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom.
