"Great airport hotel. All the staff worked well together to deliver a great experience. Special mention to front desk who let me use their phone to rearrange flights. The shuttle was super convenient and worked well. Really great breakfast!"

"The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "
