The hotel appeared to he a converted colonial mansion in a perfect location inside the walled city. It was exactly what we were looking for to experience historic Cartagena. The staff was wonderful, the room clean, and the food great. Nice little rooftop pool and bar to have a drink around sunset.

Great place in the center of the old town

The hotel is beautifully restored to maintain the look of its original construction. The room we booked was a mix of modern and classic designed. The staff is amazing and helped us get to know the city with amazing service throughout our stay.

Great location, wonderful staff

Very clean, comfortable stay. The breakfasts are good, the people who work in reception are very helpful in many ways, we had laundry done and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the small rooftop pool at the end of the day and generally had a cocktail at the rooftop bar served by a nice bartender.

Staff aims to please! Room was top notch, breakfast was over the top. Most of all is the location, Centro Cartagena, inside the UNESCO Heritage walled city. The hotel is across from a spacious park and surrounded by restaurants. Steps away, next to the park, is a Cartagena street-food specialty, arepa de huevo. Don’t miss the chance to stay at this wonderful boutique hotel!
