"The room was clean, inviting and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, modern with good layout. The gym, spa and on site Salt restaurant was clean, the staff was helpful and personable. The location was close and in walking distance to infamous Maho beach, Sunset waterfront restaurant, Tortuga Restaurant. Walkable to a close town with several meal options, supermarket, casino and Mullet Bay beach. I would consider staying there again on my next trip to St. Martin. "

"The staff was amazing, so helpful... Marcia was the best, our go to girl for everything. The room was nice... Not perfect but nice. The only complaints I have is we had to ask for service every day to get clean towels and sheets and the last who did breakfast and runs the bar outside is not very friendly. But all n all we loved it! Definitely recommend. Thank you Marcia for making our trip memorable !!"

Kitchen was clean and so were all the dishes that were provided for us. I had brought dishwasher pods from home but found dishwasher detergent there so we just used what was provided. "Princess Heights offered one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had on a Caribbean Island in a long time. If you’re not a resort kind of person, then this condo style hotel is perfect. The front desk staff are so gracious and help with taxi accommodations and restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping was attentive and stopped by daily to restock.
