"The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick. "Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased. The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again."

"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. "It's a family friendly resort; we booked 2 bedrooms for 2 days stay in Busselton. Beds are comfy, room is clean, check in staff was friendly and easy to check in. Rooms are nice. It was perfect for big family. I would recommend to book resort this resort."
