"This was a fine hotel - very clean, very accommodating (they gave us extra towels and cleaned the room whenever we asked), and it was much cheaper than the Hans Egede which is not any better but much more expensive. Breakfast and dinner were great - and to our surprise, the hotel gave us a free pork loin dinner on our last night there. It's a :10 walk from the hotel to central Nuuk but very close to the famous harbor and several bars and restaurants."

"It’s the only hotel (+restaurant) in the area so the owner doesn’t have any incentive to be nice. I arrived around noon, walked 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. No one was in the lobby. I found the way to the restaurant and asked if I could buy lunch. The staff at the bar said they didn’t know if they could serve lunch. Someone else said something like there was no food today. "The facility is located by the sea and has a great view of the sunrise. Rooms are clean and well kept. Only downside would be that you are renting by the room, not the entire cabin. There are other guests who would be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen, and the rooms are not soundproof. There is some distance to the city as well. But all in all, great location to enjoy the nature."
