"The hotel was okay for my short stay (just a few hours overnight) but I found the room very bare, there wasn’t even a kettle in the room. The bed in my opinion is uncomfortable and it’s gotten way too hot inside the room but keeping the window open at night wasn’t the option as there’s a loud road below. The walls are quite thin so you can hear all the neighbours. There’s a possibly to get coffee/tea in the cafe by the reception but it wasn’t opened at 5am when I was getting on my shuttle bus...

"For some reason, I didn’t know breakfast was included. It wasn’t written in the room materials and I don’t recall the staff telling me, so it wasn’t until three days had passed that I found out. Boy, …. And the free airport bus didn’t arrive on time. In fact, I had to ask about it multiple times before they called the driver and got him to come over. Even so, my flight was cancelled because of the weather, so maybe the bus driver just figured no planes were leaving that morning and didn’t bother...

"The check in procedure is preposterous. There was a lobby full of people waiting for rooms. Prior to check-in time (3pm), we asked if rooms were ready. Even though they were, everyone was made to wait until 3pm exactly at which time the desk clerks said, “Ok, Now we can begin checking you in.”"

"Had to book last minute, after our Nuuk to Ilulissat Flight got diverted back to Nuuk. Near Airport, Relatively new set up, well maintained. Good size room, two bathroom with laundry facilities and good size common kitchen area with working appliances for a set of 4 rooms per appartment, there are about 6 appartments in all across two floors. Bus no. 1 stops nearby making access to main Nuuk city area easy and economical. two supermarkets and three cafes/ Burger shops nearby. Good facilities...

"Her er pænt og rent. En del støj/larm fra hotel gangen når dørene lukkes/smækkes. Det er belastende og tydeligt på værelserne. Menu kort har INTET til en vegater. Her er der virkelig plads til forbedring."
