"they seem to be having an issue with Sea gulls . bird feathers were all over property the lawns and walkways. bird poop over the windows and tables and chairs for sitting and enjoying the lake. elevators and doors dirty. the restaurant was closed. three staff at front when checking in. one helping another guests they other two never acknowledged me at all. the sink on the top did not drain . no mention of the birds from the staff . saw two dead birds and one dying"

The room smells strong cigarettes and went back to the front desk and she change my room. 3rd room was perfect. I love the bed and pillow . Good A/C. Was great"

"The common areas were clean and well maintained. I had two double queen rooms. One was great; clean. The other was fine except one bed sheet had dog hair and a poop (dog poop?) stain in the middle of the sheet. We had to bring it to the front desk ourselves because they did not have anyone that could come take away the soiled sheets."

"Rating: 2.5–3 stars This property sits in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake and the hills to the west. The sunsets are truly incredible, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The front yard has a lot of charm and potential, though the grass was noticeably overgrown during my stay. The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception...

"Had to wait 25 minutes to get waited on. Opened the door to the room & the smell about knocked us over. Couldn’t stay in the room or would have been sick. Went back to office & had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to help us. Boy that came to help said he was sorry. I asked for a refund & he told me he couldn’t since I didn’t pay him. Left & had to get another room at a better place @ hope I can get my money back"
