"Property has a great location right next to eternal flame. Property does have elevators up to 9th floor, however hotel is located above that and you have to take the stairs to get to your room, ours was on the 12th floor so it was a challenge if you have elderly parent with you or lot of luggage. Upon entrance the door handle was broken which we reported to the staff and they said they are waiting for the part to fix it but we can still access the room. One of our rooms didn’t have air...

"The balcony doors ware out of the frame couldn’t close :( this is not okay I had valuable items with me and anyone with video of crossing over the balcony was able to cross over and try to get in. Sorry but Not okay.
2nd the shower floor was full of water after showering it couldn’t drain the slope was leading away from the drain . 2-3” of water was collecting there at all time and could go away."

"Hotel Dival liegt wirklich zentral. Sebilj von Bascarsija ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße ist aber viel befahren und dadurch ist es laut. Was es noch lauter macht ist der Kanalisationsdeckel der bei jedem Auto was vorbeifähr laut klappert."

"I stayed in Sarajevo 2 weeks earlier at the Holiday Inn and I might as well have been in Dallas...this place was one-of-a-kind, nice neighborhood, close to the old town, lots of nice touches...go there, stay there!"

"The Location is a little out of the centre of Sarajevo but it near a tram stop to get into town.
The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful."
