"The location and staff make this hotel really enjoyable. The maintenance of the rooms is lacking as other reviewers have pointed out. But our room was spacious and I liked that the fridge got really cold. The AC worked great as well. And I thought breakfast was good as well."

The staff were outstanding, from reception through to housekeeping.There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The property is located about five miles from the Old Town, and the gym could have been cleaner."

Hotel has a garage and we felt very safe by leaving car in the garage and walking to bascarsija which only took about 6-7 min to walk! My whole family stayed throughout different times at this hotel. Hij reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen en heeft ons, zoals afgesproken, netjes opgehaald van het vliegveld. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Mevlida. Wat een geweldige vrouw! Ze heeft ons tijdens ons verblijf met van alles geholpen en was altijd vriendelijk en betrokken....

"Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept."

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."
