"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"The property is located on a busy street with secured parking. I was happy to see there was a working elevator as the description stated otherwise. It was nice having an apartment and although it was fully furnished there was some missing amenities. The microwave was unplugged and not near an outlet. There was limited cooking utensils or dishwashing products. The washer dryer was extremely noisy when using with poor ventilation for the dryer. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made do....
