"Jhina was such a welcoming host and the rooms were so cozy! Perfect view for the NYE fireworks as well. We had to leave early in the morning and Jhina even premade our breakfast so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Would definitely recommend!"

I stayed here for 6 nights when I was in Cusco and my single room was private, clean, private bathroom with plenty of hot running water and in a very convenient location. The area is convenient for the main attractions of Cusco - however it would not be suitable for everyone. "I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
