From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. "Anybody reading this take stock, booked this hotel on a quick break to Tenerife. The hotel was excellent, Location walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Management were very professional, polite, helpful. Catering staff took pride in their hospitality making sure food was presented and cooked to a high standard Cleaning staff who were always extremely busy in hotel and accommodation, pool and bar deserved a special mention. 35 years travelling hotels with business and pleasure, far more than most people could imagine this hotel provides everything you need. Some major chain hotels in uk could do with a week holiday here to understand customer focus. Thank you I will return."
