The staff were very attentive and helpful. Plenty of sunloungers to go around (even tho people reserve beds from 6:30am) pools are lovely and clean. We just retuned and the pools were heated which was great. Wide range of food which was perfect for everyone. My only negative was music is played constantly from breakfast at 8am until 11pm. Not just in the hotel but around all the pools. No quiet zones to relax but this is hard rock so this was expected.

Superb stay! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, super friendly and welcoming service, great attention to detail and super helpful. The room was incredible with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel had so much to do and both the breakfast and dinner had tons of options. Would definitely recommend staying here. Want to say a special thank you to Karina, Daniel and Ainhoa for the fantastic service during our stay.

Loved the vibe of the hotel. Liked the DJs by the large pools. Nice designed hotel rooms with excellent showers and an empty fridge.

Lovely stay staff lovely hotel lots of different areas that you can go to quiet ones ones with music choice of different pools breakfast was lovely

Spent 3 nights , check in staff were nice. Noticed ants in room. Food & drinks extremely expensive if not on all inclusive package.

Everything about the Hotel was a great experience from check-in to check-out. All of the staff I encountered were extremely proficient and friendly - I will definitely be going back 😊
