"Thoroughly enjoyed a nice September weekend at Mar Monte. The staff were wonderful: friendly & helpful. I'm from out of State, and found the fresh produce in the restaurants to be outstanding, along with good service. The room was comfortable - firm mattress, with a soft pillow-top, soft pillow, good temperature. They do have a primitive cooling system, which is rather loud. Bathroom & shower were clean & good. "Pet-friendly, heated outdoor pool, Air Conditioning super cold, it's in the middle of the all the fun, breakfast is the only problem. If you choose to have breakfast it's 2 hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt and a Danish that you don't get to chose. They bring it to your room every morning "
