"Bring your own beach chairs and if you are not on the bay do not plan to have grass in front of your lanai. The garden view pond was scummy but brought in wildlife. Room was as described. All in all a decent stay for the money."

"My second time here very disappointed check-in took forever and the kid pool area had the snack bar shut down pool open wreck room open but food station closed!!! The room was ok did not have items it listed it should have had and the cleanness was ok average. I don’t think I will be returning the staff seemed to cater towards retirees versus being more helpful for a family with little ones.Sad part is I recommended family to stay here so we could all meet up for a birthday celebration The Welks...

"The view from the rooms and the staff were amazing. The staff accommodated every request and were super friendly. The actual rooms left much to be desired. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling, there was a terrible odor from the sink, water damage on the ceilings, the balconies had not been cleaned, and the room has clearly not been renovated in years. For the price and view, the stay was okay."

"Easy checking in & out! Staff are amazing! Only complaint, guest has to pay to park!"

"Great place, super convenient for going to sea world"

"Great Bay View Wonderful decorating room, specially the mirror infront of the bed!"

"It was ok"

"Room had ants crawling around. You also heard everytime someone used the toilet or turned on water from the other rooms. Okay for a short stay over trip."

"Not as clean as I would have hoped for paying as much as we did."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, and property is centric to all activities, beach, and restaurants."
