"Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working. "The beach was amazing, a pristine and sheltered lagoon was great for swimming.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The store across the road was convenient for our family, you can grab an ice cream cone to eat on the beach.
I would stay there again."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile.
We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed
.
All in all we had a great stay"

"Staff was amazing , Very friendly and always willing to help. They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff especially the admin team :)"
