"Breakfast was delicious, however not included if you booked through Expedia. Barista made coffee was amazing. Great coffee art. Location, unbeatable 10/10. Picturesque views. 4 pools to swim and the beach. Stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. So spacious, clean and tidy. Three bathrooms as well. "Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it...

"Just a one night stay with a day stay which was very helpful. Friendly staff, lovely grounds and a nice pool. Breakfast was included. Good suggestions in the info book. Minor niggles would be some dated/stained towels and floor mats and the loud gym across the road which they obviously could do little about. One could close the door and shut the occasional noise out. I would stay again perhaps in the very nice looking fale's !"

Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have. Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news. "The lobby staff not very helpful , the house keeping was pretty poor...taking the dirty towels but not leaving fresh ones and had to repeatedly ask for some finally getting them at 11pm , had to ask for more toilet paper as well as there was none left when room was serviced.
