"Our balcony was very dirty looks like it hadn’t been clean in a few weeks and our room was sub par. most of the plug outlets were broken and room phone didn’t work so had to walk all the way to reception to place an order. Housekeep walked in when we had our ‘do not disturb’ button switched on. far from great customer service. 3/5 stars "

"My stay there for two weeks was nothing short of amazing. The customer service from the receptionists to the waiters/waitresses was amazing! The food there was so delicious, I only ate there a few times but my favourite was the cookies and cream milkshake. Breakfast every morning was so delicious! "We have just had 3 beautiful days at Litia Sini and enjoyed every minute. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The location is amazing, right on a gorgeous clean beach with fantastic swimming. The beach front fale was super clean, comfortable beds and mosquito nets meant we could sleep with the door open and hear the ocean all night. It really is bliss. "

"Staff were lovely but timings were a little off when serving meals. The Fale was fine except the mosquito net had holes in it which meant that during the night I was bitten many times which was quite painful the following morning. The shower only provided cold water and the rock floor was a bit hard on the feet."

"I stayed here for two weeks and during my stay, it was pretty good. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff there were pretty friendly and always asked if we needed something. The room we stayed at was nice the touch with the flowers was beautiful (thank you for following my request), but the only downside was the ants. Every single day and night we had to clean out the bin and wipe down the walls and floor due to the ants roaming around. Other than that my experience was really nice thank...
