"We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness.
The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best.
Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well...

"The food was great every day. There was plenty to do close to the resort.
As a guest of several other resorts, the only thing I’d advise is that more staff is needed, especially in the buffet section. I waited for water consistently. I’d rather get to know the servers, place them in the same section each day."

"Love love love love the staff and the excursions the hotel offers.
The hotel needs to be modernised but I’d go again especially for the nannying service!
