"When built a few decades ago was probably very nice, but it’s now approaching the end of its useable life and unfortunately it has not been maintained or even cleaned much. Biggest disappointment was low quality but expensive food — and it’s a long way to town so you’re trapped. Even Grab gets in on the rip-off by making the ride into town three to four times the cost of the ride from town. "

"The view is superb. Very direct magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu. But the aceess into the resort (2km) is not proper tar road. The room is basic with all the necessary amenities and clean. Comfortable stay.
The staff is friendly & helpful. They are very oblige to all your needs /request. Thank you."
