The room was very cold. Heating came on the second day but not enough. Otherwise convenient for my trip to the tv station, within walking distance. "

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it for the Sunday evening of Easter weekend. We arrived about 14:50 to be told we had been given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We were then shown to seats in the bar & given a glass of sparkling rose each. Following this we were taken to our Roman suite which was spacious & luxurious. We were impressed with the selection of toiletries & the two shower rooms meaning we could get ready at the same time. The Lindt chocolate bunnies...
