"Clean room and pleasant staff"

"Everything was as per expectation."

"No complaints. I enjoyed the variety of the hot breakfast."

"This was a great deal for our stay in New York, very easy to get to the ferry terminal by bus."

"Great night shift staff, they are friendly and willing to help. "

"Way too expensive for the rooms and the lobby can get very crouded on the weekends which can be a bit annoying. The gym was great"

"Great place, will come back"

"It’s was a nice goof stay, I really enjoyed it and the staff was super nice. I would come and stay here again"

"Extremely friendly"

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"Staff were professional, & the room was the perfect size , but the bathroom (Shower Specifically) Was not clean. The floor was brown & hair scattered everywhere. One of the reading lamps didn’t work either, But other than that! It’s a great cheap & accessible stay if you’re in town for a short time. :)"

"The water in the hall ways was extremely helpful"
