"I actually was able to stay in an upgraded partner hotel next door, due to the Inn being used to help refugees at my time of arrival. The front desk staff, whether they worked the day or night shift, was very helpful. I went into the city and came back to find my AC leaking and had some issues with the toilet, due to the weather being so cold outside. No matter what time...

"Excellently comfortable small room. I didn't realize the ceiling would be open like an office cubicle farm, but it was quiet and ear plugs were provided. Honestly, I've stayed in noisier standard hotels. Great shower,.good toilets, handy free bathrobe for going to and from the cabin and toilet/shower. And affordable for NY prices. Did not expect, but did appreciate, the free bagel and cream cheese for breakfast. Also, front desk staff gave a delightful coffee shop recommendation. Good solo...

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"Clean room, great bed with lots of pillows, great little shower with lots of pressure. Lovely coffee, tea and filter water on the lobby floor, Nespresso in the room. Close to a few stations and very close to the tower. Great walkable spot. Staff are super friendly. Will stay again! "
