"I liked that the hotel backs onto the Elk River and has a mountain view"

"Airconditioner was completely blocked with dust, rooms are extremely outdated and overpriced for what is offered. Small, blurry/low resolution TV and extremely slow wifi. Bed was uncomfortable. Blinds don't block light and lights outside on the ground shine towards the windows at nights. When I showed reception the state of the AC filter they had it cleaned and later the rest of the airconditioner itself. However, there was dust everywhere, behind and alongside the bed, behind the bedside...

"The room we were given had a view of a cement wall about 3 feet from our room - we were in a basement room, so had no view of the mountains. Being a mountain resort, surrounded by mountains, I assumed we would have some type of mountain view, but I should have checked ahead. No other rooms were available, so that is what we were left with. The hotel is decent, but is in desperate need of an update. Smelled musty and decor is definitely dated. I requested cancellation before checking in for the second night, but received no response. I did not stay the second night, yet I was still charged the full amount. They also have not responded to my emails or complaint. Guests deserve accurate listings, fair charges, and responsive customer service."

"Our suite (6012?) backed onto a water fountain beside the golf course which was a treat. Enjoyed watching the golfers in the late afternoon from the patio and then the wild mountain sheep (goats/deer) later in the evening. Used the bbq and full kitchen facilities to make breakfasts and 1 dinner. Large sized suite and comfortable bed with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only minor flaw was insufficient bedroom blinds that didn't stop outdoor lighting from showing at night. Overall an...

"Overall it was a nice clean rooms. Great location right at the ski hill. While I was not here for the skiing, I will specifically come back to this resort. The pool was open and a few amenities such as the coffee shop and a restaurant. Sent after the summer break. A lot of the outdoor activities were not open."
