"Had stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks with my Family. The apartment was fully furnished with all appliance & very well maintained in a quiet locality. "WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. If you are okay with staying with a caretaker, why not? but we just didn't feel comfortable and something about this place was OFF and...

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

"Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. Would I stay in this apartment again the answer would be no."
